Station monitoring, close to operations.
In June 2020, GraphicStream, alongside ENGIE, won a tender launched by SNCF Gares & Connexions with support from consultancy Wavestone, to centralize station monitoring and improve equipment availability. The aim: greater comfort and satisfaction for passengers and station visitors.

More than 10,000 connected devices deployed
Around a thousand station staff responsible for monitoring have been trained to use the Smart Station application, which is based on Immersive. This marks a shift towards connected stations. According to SNCF, the rollout is delivering significant results in the three areas identified: operations, technology and economics.
SNCF's Smart Station project is now operational in 1,100 stations. Launched in June 2020 to centralize station monitoring and improve equipment availability, it is led by SNCF Gares & Connexions, together with Wavestone, GraphicStream and ENGIE Solutions' Vertuoz teams.
Information collected by sensors feeds directly into Immersive, which represents each station in 3D. Station staff can monitor faults and act in real time using tablets, smartphones or monitoring screens. They can prioritize interventions and take remote action across a wide area with greater precision and efficiency.
